Medicare's yearly cap on what you pay for covered prescriptions rises from $2,100 to $2,400 in 2027, and the standard Part D deductible goes from $615 to $700. Average Medicare Advantage premiums are expected to dip slightly, but your own plan may still cost more. Part B's 2027 premium hasn't been announced yet; current figures are only projections. Changes you make by Dec. 7 start Jan. 1.
