Vitality Works is recalling 120-count bottles of 365 Whole Foods Market Standardized + Full Spectrum Blend Ashwagandha Capsules, lot 2025-26227, expiring 10/13/2028, sold at Whole Foods and on Amazon from Nov. 24, 2025, to Oct. 20, 2026. Salmonella turned up in routine testing; no illnesses have been reported. Throw them out and get a refund at any Whole Foods.
