KFF found AARP Medicare Rx Preferred premiums rising $50 or more a month in all 50 states and D.C., and above $100 in four states. AARP Medicare Rx Saver jumps at least $50 in 33 states, and Humana Basic Rx members who paid nothing this year will pay roughly $6 to $31 a month. The average person will have 9 stand-alone plans to pick from, down from 11, but cheaper options exist everywhere.
