Apothecary Pharma recalled 22 lots (AP-202622 through AP-202644, except AP-202626) of its compounded tirzepatide vials after FDA found sterility problems. FDA rates the risk as remote. Brand-name Mounjaro and Zepbound aren't part of the recall.
